REGULAR CLUB ACTIVITIES

Please note: All activities have a user fee of $1.00 for members and $2.00 for non-members unless otherwise specified.

FITNESS PROGRAMS

AEROBICS (all year): Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
Stretch, and tone, get your body moving at your own pace.

YOGA $12 Thursdays 9:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Improve breathing, flexibility, and strength while keeping within your body’s limitations. If you would like to join us please call Beverly Larrson at 780-328-1749 or Mary McCullough 780-967-5683.

WALKING: Mondays and Wednesdays, 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Meet your friends and make new ones at the Heritage Centre and join us for an outdoor walk on good outdoor days, and indoors on rainy days, then stay for coffee and chit-chat. All levels of walkers are welcome. Come join the walkers!

EXERCISE EQUIPMENT (always available) Outdoor equipment is easily accessed at the northwest corner of the building. Equipment is safe and fun for all ages.


MONDAY SPORTS & SOCIALS NIGHT (pool, darts, crib)

Monday evenings, starting September. Come and play your favorite game, try something new or just come watch and enjoy a coffee or bar item.

  • DARTS New teams are made up each week so everyone gets to meet and play with different people throughout the season. Beginners welcome.
  • CRIB Enjoy a great game in a small group.

TUESDAY QUILTERS’ GROUP 9:00-3:00

Quilters are getting together to create some beautiful things.  This group will be quilting all summer and welcome anyone to stop by to see what they are working on.  If you are a quilter, you are welcome to join!

WEDNESDAY AFTERNOONS 1:00-4:00
